The delivery charge for your order is shown at checkout before you pay.
When your order arrives
- Bengaluru: delivered within 3 days of your order date.
- Mumbai and Hyderabad: we'll share the expected delivery date with you when your order is dispatched.
- You'll receive an order confirmation by email as soon as your order is placed, and we may call you to confirm delivery details.
- On rare occasions, public holidays, severe weather or other events outside our control may cause a delay. If that happens, we'll let you know as early as possible.
When your jars arrive
- Please refrigerate your jars as soon as they arrive (0–4°C). Our spreads are made without preservatives and taste best cold. A few hours outside the fridge is fine, but no more than 6 hours.
- Check your order when it's delivered. If a jar is damaged, leaking or missing, please see our Returns & Replacements page and contact us within 24 hours.
- Please make sure someone is available to receive the order at the address and phone number you provide. As our products are perishable, we can't hold undelivered orders for long.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel your order before it's dispatched by contacting us with your order number. If it's cancelled before dispatch, the full amount is returned to your original payment method. Once an order has been dispatched it can't be cancelled, as our products are perishable.
