The Sattvik Path

Food for the mind and soul

Sattva means purity, harmony and goodness. These are the words, films and ideas that shaped our journey toward a kinder, more mindful way of living, for body, mind and soul.

So before you dive in, pick your companion: a cup of lemon tea with fresh ginger and a spoon of date sugar 😉, your favourite veggie salad tossed with a dollop of our Garlic & Herbs spread, or a warm vegan coffee with a swirl of our Chocolate Spread. Settle in and enjoy.

    Bhagavad Gita 17.8 (adapted)
  • It is health that is real wealth, and not pieces of gold and silver.

    Mahatma Gandhi
  • Eat food. Not too much. Mostly plants.
